Enjoy this nourishing immunity boosting breakfast and share it with your loved ones 🍓❤️

1 cup of mixed berries🍓 ( blueberries & raspberries )

An apple 🍎(or banana)

1 small beet Fresh ginger peeled

1 Tbsp of almond butter

1 scoop of of pea protein (or collagen powder)

1 cup of plant-based milk ( flax, cashew, almond or hemp)

🍯Optional: 1 date (if you like it on a sweeter side)

1 tbsp of Hemp, chia, or flax seeds

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender

2. Serve it with plain probiotic yogurt

3. Optional : Top it with granola
