Healthiest Borscht

Quick and easy borsht recipe🥘

This traditional Russian winter soup makes the ultimate heartwarming and comforting meal🥰

Making borscht is a simple process, simply chop and simmer! 🔪🧄🧅🥔🥕

  1. Peel and cut 2 beets, 2 potatoes and 2 carrots into cubes 🥕

  2. Sauté 1 chopped onion and some garlic 🧄with olive (or avocado) oil, and then add chopped veggies from step 1.

  3. Cook for 10 min an then add it to a pot of @bonafide bone broth

  4. Add 1 cup of shredded cabbage 🥬 

  5. Simmer all together for 15-20 min. Add salt, pepper and herbs

Swirl in a dollop of sour cream or plain yogurt in each bowl.🥘

Top with fresh dill. Serve with love💕
