Vegan Chocolate Fudge

Yields : 15 portions

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut butter

1 cups raw cacao powder

1 cup Medjool dates

1 to 2 pinches of unrefined sea salt

1 cup smooth unsalted almond butter

Directions

  1.  Soak your dates in hot water for about 20 minutes to make them soft and sticky.

  2. Carefully melt your coconut butter on very low heat.

  3. Remove date pits, then place them in high speed blender, add cacao powder, and make a puree.

  4. Add chocolate-date puree to coconut butter and stir. Then add the almond butter at the end , (add salt if you want ) and mix all your ingredients, until well combined.

  5. Spread evenly in a tin or container. Create free shapes as your heart desires and your creativity allows:) Use goji berries, mulberries, coconut flakes, toasted or shaved almond to decorate your chocolate.

  6. Place in the fridge for about one hour and Voila! Best enjoyed when shared with loved ones!
