I practice longevity science based approach to weight loss, optimal digestion and metabolic health

 

 

My approach is not to dwell on calorie counting, lists of restrictions, or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a personalized diet, nutrition, and health plan that is flexible, fun, and empowering, geared towards longevity and optimal health.

Together we work to reach your optimal weight, reduce food cravings, improve digestion, and maximize energy. Healthy Mindset with Guided Meditations

It’s easy to overlook everything that contributes to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. Philosophy & Educational Background

Ella Davar RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian, gut health nutritionist, and health counselor based in Miami and New York City. Ella completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food science at New York University. She then worked on a research project during the dietetic practice at Mount Sinai Hospital, Icahn School of Medicine and Cornell University and has over a decade of experience in health and wellness coaching. Ella began her career at one of the top hospitals in the nation, seeing a wide range of patients, from those who were looking to prevent disease to those with critical illnesses. To further her education, Ella studied Integrative and Functional Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Ella draws on her vast experience as a dietitian while also taking a holistic approach to make recommendations that fit each person’s lifestyle and health goals to help her clients achieve optimum wellness. Her unique background in both clinical and holistic nutrition, longevity practices and biohacking tool, enables her to create impactful, individualized plans.

Ella’s career was inspired by her own struggles with health.  Fed up with bad skin, weight fluctuations, fatigue, and GI problems, she made significant changes to her diet that led to an incredible transformation.  Armed with her own positive experiences and first-hand understanding of “food as medicine”, Ella was determined to dedicate her life’s work to helping people heal through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
