Ella Davar RD is an international Registered Dietitian, TEDx Speaker, Media Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, Theta healer and Certified Health Coach with a passion for helping driven busy individuals streamline their wellness routine and accomplish a healthy balance in life with nutrition science and self-care.

In her approach Ella combines latest scientific developments in longevity research, wearable devices and advanced testing with ancient wisdom and traditions of natural living.

Ella specializes in integrative anti-aging nutrition and lifestyle interventions to help driven people of all backgrounds manage weight, stress, diet, and various health conditions, such as pre-diabetes, autoimmunity and cholesterol management.

I practice longevity science based approach to weight loss, optimal digestion and metabolic health

My approach is not to dwell on calorie counting, lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a personalized diet, nutrition and health plan in a way that is flexible, fun and empowering, geared towards longevity and optimal health.

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. Through Food Therapy (guided meditative hypnosis) you are able to create a vision for your life, heal and let go of food trauma to create a new version of yourself.

My Training


Philosophy & Educational Background

Ella Davar RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian, nutritionist and health counselor based in New York City. Ella studied nutrition and food science at New York University and completed her professional dietetic practice at Priority Nutrition Care at Mount Sinai Hospital and has over 5 years of experience in health and wellness coaching. Ella began her career at one of the top hospitals in the nation, seeing a wide range of patients, from those who were looking to prevent disease to those with critical illnesses. To further her education, Ella studied integrative nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Ella draws on her vast experience as a dietitian while also taking a holistic approach to make recommendations that fit each person’s lifestyle and health goals to help her clients achieve optimum wellness. Her unique background in both clinical and holistic nutrition enables her to create extremely impactful, individualized plans.

Ella’s career was inspired by her own struggles with health.  Fed up with bad skin, weight fluctuations, fatigue, and GI problems, she made significant changes to her diet that led to an incredible transformation.  Armed with her own positive experiences and first-hand understanding of “food as medicine”, Ella was determined to dedicate her life’s work to helping people heal through proper nutrition.
